"How long?" Claude asked, heart fluttering madly against his breastbone, as if it were attempting to escape and plunge itself inside of Byleth's chest.

"Until I can't stay anymore." Byleth's smile was soft and sad. "Hopefully until you don't need me anymore."
“直到我再也呆不下去,”拜勒斯的笑容柔和而悲伤，“希望直到你不再需要我。”

这里眼睛里的悲伤也很明显。。。说明贝会长寿而且他心里清楚。。很多地方都有暗示。。shiro你。。
猪死后贝还做了一段时间大司教，辞去大司教之位后十几年甚至是在法嘉斯度过的——在菲尔帝亚住过，后来也去了其他领地跟以前的学生有接触。四五十年后到了布雷达德领，还去了猪的老家，看到布雷达德父子的画像，有点恍惚现在王位上的人，帝弥托利的子孙大概也成长到壮年了，尽管很久没有见到面，他站在巨大的画框前静默地想，应该跟他很像

觉得雷特和雷斯是否为不同的人确实是个人偏好，这个我管不着别人，，同人这个事本身就是造谣和大型集体幻觉，但觉得雷特和雷斯没有区别 which means 看不起们喜欢双子同时存在if的同人女/觉得你们给男女主角制造差别待遇，同时在ship方面确实吃的不同，就有一种左右脑互博的幽默
贝和库or尤里都适合单纯的利益交换关系，但是贝跟dmtr是不太行，猪会觉得这必须是公平交易，但是自己拿不出能报答对方的东西，进而加剧对自己的物化（。。。反正就是，不够缺德
但实际这一篇我觉得写得很好？？把几个角色都刻画得很有层次，然后帝弥无时无刻不被鬼魂缠绕的部分也写得很好，还有贝在其中的作用/对帝弥的影响，是我比较喜欢的：帝弥觉得贝是救赎，可以为他做任何事；贝觉得不是的，我“死去”的时候你已经遵守了跟我的誓言，这就是你自己做到的……尽管没有我。
"But you don't have to be," Byleth continued, his voice barely above a whisper. "I may not always be able to be at your side, but you have others who support you. Who trust you, who lean on you. They value your friendship as much as you value theirs. And even though I won't always be here, trust that if the worst should happen, I'll already be on my way back to you. Do you understand, Dimitri?" Byleth held Dimitri's face between his hands, that ghostly light flickering in the depthless voids of his eyes. "You will never be alone on a bloody battlefield again. You have paid your debt to the dead. Now is the time to live."

The words carried the song of a benediction, relieving and freeing. Dimitri's knees trembled, threatening to collapse beneath him. He gripped Byleth's shoulders to steady himself. He gulped down air greedily, drinking it in until he felt steady once more. Byleth's voice was absolution, and Dimitri wanted to bathe in it. Cloak himself in it and never be without it.
这些话带着一种祝福、解脱和释放的歌声。迪米特里的膝盖颤抖着，威胁要倒在他的脚下。他抓住拜勒斯的肩膀使自己站稳。他贪婪地大口大口地吸着空气，直到他再次感到身体稳定下来。拜勒斯的声音是赦免，迪米特里想用它洗澡。把自己隐藏起来，永远不离开它。
There was something about Seteth's eyes that seemed almost...familiar. The girl's eyes, too. It wasn't the color, no. There was a sort of...depthless quality to them. One Dimitri was intimately familiar with. Just looking into those eyes filled him with a sense of longing and loss.
西提斯的眼睛里有一种似曾相识的感觉。还有那女孩的眼睛。不是颜色的问题。他们有一种... 无形的品质。一个迪米特里非常熟悉的人。只是看着那双眼睛，他就充满了渴望和失落。

"I asked them to come," Byleth said, his voice almost too soft to be heard over the constructs being torn apart all around the room. "I sent a missive to the monastery before we left the city. I sent up a flare spell so that they could find their way here. Hapi probably sent them the rest of the way."

Dimitri couldn't speak; he felt a sensation like he was choking.

"I asked them to come for you," Byleth continued, his voice still low, earnest, those blue eyes boring into Dimitri's. "I said that if they had any love left for you, or for the Kingdom, that they should come. I promised them the return of their king."

"I am no king," Dimitri said, his voice little more than a ragged whisper. "I am nothing. I could not even save those most precious to me."

"You couldn't save them because they were protecting what was most precious to them," Byleth insisted gently. His gaze burned so bright that Dimitri felt a sting in his own eyes. "You are precious, Dimitri. You deserved to be protected then, and you deserve the support of your friends and loved ones now."

He wasn't certain when Byleth stopped, but he felt the loss like the dousing of a flame as Byleth pulled out of him. Felt the hearth-hot hand turn him over on the bed, felt sword-callused fingers brush at his cheek.
他不确定拜勒斯什么时候停下来，但是当拜勒斯从他身体里抽出来的时候，他感觉到了失落，就像火焰被浇灭了一样。感觉到火炉般灼热的手在床上把他翻过来，感觉到长满剑茧的手指在他的脸颊上擦过。
"Dimitri," Byleth said softly.
“迪米特里,”拜勒斯轻声说。
"I didn't know." Dimitri didn't know what he was saying, so every word was a surprise. "I didn't know I had been cold for so long. That I've been...I've been lost in the dark."
“我不知道”迪米特里不知道他在说什么，所以每个字都是一个惊喜。“我不知道我已经冷了这么久。我一直... 我一直在黑暗中迷失
"I know, Dimitri." Byleth lowered himself to the mattress, pulling Dimitri to his side to face him. "You lost yourself for a while, but it's okay to come back now. You've suffered enough. It's okay to be warm, it's okay to experience pleasure, it's okay to live, Dimitri."
“我知道，迪米特里。”拜勒斯趴在床垫上，把迪米特里拉到自己身边，面对着他。你迷失了一段时间，但现在可以回来了。你受的苦够多了。温暖是可以的，体验快乐是可以的，活着也是可以的，迪米特里。”
